Delivery
As our ceramics are decorated to order and fired in our kilns overnight, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of ceramic products.
Orders containing only non-ceramic items will usually be dispatched sooner. However, where non-ceramic items are ordered alongside ceramics, the complete order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight and destination. We will confirm carriage costs before invoicing and dispatch.
